Open the settings window

Any of these works:
  • Left-click the minimap button.
  • Type /volvox in chat.
  • Right-click the minimap button → Settings.
If you previously hid the minimap button, bring it back with /volvox minimap.
2

Choose what to gather

Open the LootRoute category → General tab. Enable Herbalism and Enable Mining are both on by default — turn off the ones you don’t want.
3

Set your mount

Still on the General tab, set Mount Mode:
  • Favorite Mount — uses your favorite mounts (default).
  • Druid Flight Form — for druids; also unlocks gathering without dismounting.
Adjust Flight Speed if you like.
4

Pick a route

Go to Active Route, choose a route from the Route dropdown, and click Load Selected Route. Chat confirms with Route loaded: <name> (<N> points).
No routes in the list? Record your own in a few minutes — see Routes. Without a route, LootRoute is a very capable character standing still.
5

Start the bot

Either:
  • Right-click the minimap button → Enable Bot, or
  • Tick Enable LootRoute on the General tab.
Chat shows [Volvox][SUCCESS]: LootRoute started and your character takes off — flying the route, scanning for nodes, and gathering.
6

Stop whenever you want

Right-click the minimap button → Disable Bot (or untick Enable LootRoute). Chat shows [Volvox][WARNING]: LootRoute paused and your character stops. The bot stays off until you start it again, even across reloads.

Keep an eye on it

  • Turn on Show LootRoute Status (General tab) to display a small draggable bar showing what the bot is doing right now, which route is loaded, and its current node target. See the status reference.
  • LootRoute reports everything it does in chat with a [Volvox] prefix — routes loaded, waypoints saved, fights, warnings, and errors.
  • Keep the game visible while LootRoute runs. Automation still needs supervision; trees remain undefeated by customer support.
